Just wanted to drop an initial review of my experience with Pro-Craft. Unfortunately, we had a water leak in our attic due to roofers hitting  water line and didn’t notice it for almost a week .. Procraft was referred to us and all I can say is that they have been nothing but professional and super responsive.

Initially, I began working with Nate Davis, he was out to my property quickly and assessed the damage, taking photos and measurements, and guiding me how to deal with the damage and steps to take moving forward. Nate’s experience and communications have been of great help especially since we’ve never had to deal with this before.

Currently, I have been more in touch with Brian McWorther. Brian has been awesome! Over the past 6 days, Brian has been out 3 times .. installing dehumidifiers and fans, monitoring moisture levels, and keeping me posted on next steps. While insurance drags their feet, thank goodness that Pro-Craft has been here to stabilize the damage and prevent any other issues from coming up. Brian has been great in communicating with me throughout the entire process as well .. and truly a pleasure to work with.

On a random Wednesday night, a pipe started leaking in my home that caused water to leak in both my garage and underneath the floorboards in my home. As a new homeowner, I have little experience dealing with this type of problem, but knew I needed to act quickly to avoid mold from growing. From the point I called Pro-Craft to the end of my service, their team was there to help every step of the way. JR was able to get to my home and assess the issue the same day that I called and worked with his team through the evening to get a quote in my inbox that same day so that work could begin. From there, JR and Cole kept in constant communication explaining the next steps and their recommendations. Through each step of the demo, they treated my home as if it were their own. We had significant water damage at our home earlier this year, and Pro-Craft Restoration handled the mitigation and demolition. They were very prompt in getting to our home, and their crew did a great job taking care of the demolition, packing, and moving.

The crew was professional, respectful, and easy to work with during what was a pretty stressful situation. They also helped with the insurance-related part of the process, which was very helpful.

There was some minor damage to our front door during the demolition, but I really appreciated how Pro-Craft handled it. They took responsibility and agreed to reimburse us for the repairs without any hassle.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Pro-Craft. The crew was great, they were responsive, and they handled the situation professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage.
